We offer a straightforward refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and shipped with its original packaging.
Please note that to complete your return, we must be able to source your original order details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at within 10 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of exchanging the item for a new one.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A return request must be made to begin the process and ensure that the return is trackable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an apparent unworn and unused state and free from stains, damage, or animal hair. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
